The flyover and passenger amenity centre is designed at Nashine Associates,Nagpur headed by Architect Sukumar Nashine.The project is conceived as one way flyover (grade separating ramp). The concept came because of non availability of free land in front of Nagpur Railway Station for passenger amenity. The project includes 175 shops, public toilets and parking area.Three Lanes have been elevated to provide amenity arcade to serve to the passengers traveling by train and bus .This 1 km long flyover is the only flyover of its kind that accommodates shops below. The facade is so designed to match the heritage of Nagpur Railway Station
